Having worked with dozens of high-profile celebrities and with a portfolio of over half a billion dollars in homes sold, Holly is one of the highest sought after real estate professionals in the country.
Holly started the Meyer Lucas Team in 2015 with $500 spent on Open House signs, business cards, and a prayer. Over the better part of the decade, Holly has grown her 2-agent team into one of the most widely recognized and highest sought after real estate teams in the country. The Meyer Lucas Team was ranked #1 in Palm Beach County by RealTrends and the Wall Street Journal in 2022, and the team has been consistently nominated as “Best in Palm Beach” by Palm Beach Post readers.
2019 | Holly featured as an expert panelist along side Million Dollar Listing’s Josh Flagg, Billy Nash, and Tim Elmes at the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches’ annual SoFlo Realtor Summit.
Having sold over half a billion dollars in real estate since 2015, and having represented over 1,000 real estate transactions, of which over 100 have involved professional athletes in the Jupiter, Palm Beach and Treasure Coast areas, Holly’s experience and production as a real estate professional has been described as being in a league of her own. She is recognized for having represented some of the world’s most elite professional athletes, coaches, and their families, ranging across MLB, NFL, NBA, PGA, and LIV Golf.

The inspiration for Holly to start her real estate business came from her personal experience of moving dozens of times for her husband’s career playing professional baseball. Holly perfected her skills for finding homes for herself and fellow baseball wives and utilizes her ability to find the perfect needle-in-a-haystack home for her clients to this day.
As a tech-savvy marketer, Holly ensures that her clients’ homes have a strategic online presence through targeted social media and website placement and the consistent monitoring of web traffic and analytics. Holly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in German Literature and Business from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Originally from Munich, Germany, Holly has lived in many places before settling in Jupiter with her husband, their three boys, and their newest addition—a baby girl.
She is the founder of a non-profit called Cupboard Clean Out for Kids, which has donated thousands of unopened, unused, non-perishable food items back to the Jupiter community over the years. In addition to running a successful business and her community leadership, Holly also maintains an active lifestyle through her participation in an adult soccer league, running an occasional marathon and skiing. She is fluent in English and German.
