He knows all the local neighborhoods backward and forward, monitored the new home inventory, and can list all the area's condo buildings off the top of his head. He won multiple deals in multiple offer situations for our buyers, and slayed listings for top dollar for our sellers. He showcased the tenacity of a shark with the tact of a lemonhead.

Our Rookie of the Year is a new agent /new to the team, who has leaned fully into their career in real estate and has given it a full freakin' send. This was Taylor’s first year in real estate and she showcased every quality you would want in an agent!
