Assisting the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations on the day to day activities including but not limited to:
Client relationship management
Closing gift packaging and local deliveries
General office assistant management tasks
Organizing calendars and office meetings
Communicating with Sales support manager on client relationship software
Supporting the Chief of Staff during events and meetings
Assisting the Marketing Department on day-to-day activities including but not limited to:
General Meyer Lucas brand awareness on a national and local level
Creation of marketing materials and for active real estate inventory and listings
Creating market reports, collecting data, and building statistics on various communities, lifestyles, and target demographics.
Website Maintenance & blogging
Social media management & engagement with the community
