Assisting the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations on the day-to-day activities including but not limited to:
Support the Leadership Team and help keep the office running smoothly.
Process and deliver all the marketing materials
Provide support to agents who are out in the field and need assistance with open house materials, flyers and signage being distributed.
Errand running, light handiwork around the office
Event set up and break down
Local deliveries
Assisting the Leadership Team and Agents on day-to-day activities including but not limited to:
Answer the phones, speak with clients, direct phone calls to the correct agents/team members
Schedule appointments, follow-up with clients and attend events
Assist the Transaction Coordinator with preparing legal contracts and documents
Data entry, mailbox management, filing
Oversee and manage supplies and ordering
Maintain Google drive folders and organize notes, data and all video content.
