“River Dance” as it was titled by the original owner, is one of the most SPECIAL properties sold by the Meyer Lucas Team to date. This sprawling home AND carriage home sit on nearly two acres of land with a large fully fenced yard, a private dedicated gate, and a COVERED BOAT LIFT! This property truly had it all.
The thing that made this property so special was the obvious loving care that the owners put into the property from the meticulous maintenance in the 5,500 square foot main house, the impeccable condition of the dock, the character felt throughout the 2,000+ square foot two story guest house, and just the overall tranquility.
