Slayers’ Circle is an annual reward trip, awarded to Meyer Lucas team members who go above-and-beyond throughout the year and have been recognized for their contributions to our team, our partners, and our clients in the following categories: Rookie of the Year, Lemonhead of the Year, Lemonshark of the Year, Heart & Hustle Award, Agent of the Year and The Oprah Award.

The Agent of the Year is our wringer. They slay all day every day and twice on Sundays. They're the year's Most Valuable Player and the agent who spent the year closing business in record breaking fashion. They are a real estate expert who doesn't take no for an answer.
They can revive a deal from the dead and save a closing headed for destruction due to their real estate knowledge, heart, and hustle. Our clients love our Agent of the Year for their commitment to their home sale, their attention to detail, and ability to get to the closing table. Our agents love our Agent of the Year for their giving heart, their ability to train new agents, and the help they offer over the course of the year. LEMONHEAD OF THE YEAR
The Lemonhead Of The Year is our team's spirit animal. They are known for constantly going above and beyond for our clients and our team. They are the first to volunteer their help for mundane office tasks and are the last to leave an event because they refuse to leave before everything has been cleaned up.
They have a can-do attitude and bleed team pride. Our clients rarely know about the work the Lemonhead of the Year does behind the scenes, because the help they offer is not for the glory, but instead is done in the name of the greater good. The LHOTY is without a shadow of a doubt the real MVP and the heart of our team's core values.
LEMONSHARK OF THE YEAR
The Lemonshark of the Year has a nose for a deal and a closer's mindset. They live for networking, hunting down their next client, and are the team's follow-up boss.
They know the local market backward and forward, monitor the new home inventory, and can list all the area's condo buildings off the top of their head. They win deals in multiple offers for our buyers, and slay listings for top dollar for our sellers. They have the tenacity of a shark with the tact of a lemonhead.
HEART AND HUSTLE award
Throughout the year our leadership team will take notice of the agents who are . They welcome growth, create as many opportunities as they can, and is usually on the brink of making it BIG!
In order to win this award, the agent must show tremendous tenacity, commitment to the team as well as their clients, attention to detail, extensive follow up and of course, heart & hustle. Scrappiness is encouraged, creativity is a must, and a sense of humor usually helps. Inevitably, the winner will be the agent who cared the most, slayed the hardest, and has the most heart & hustle.

Oprah has said "the key to getting the answers you need lies in asking the right questions." If you watch her interviews closely, she asks the best vehicle questions in the game and is an assassin on getting people to respond how she needs them to, while still fostering rock solid relationships and commanding respect. Everyone loves Oprah.
Along with asking the right questions, with the right tone, at the right time, Oprah is authentic and is a closer.
The Oprah Award goes to the agent who displays that big O energy by asking the right questions, knowing exactly what they want, how to get it, and is in it to win it while commanding respect and strategically closing.
rookie of the year
Our Rookie of the Year is a new agent /new to the team, who has leaned fully into their career in real estate and has given it a full freakin' send. They are humble, hungry, and proudly acknowledge that they don't know it all. They courageously ask for help, accept coaching, and have a deep yearnin' for the learnin'.
They attend team trainings with bells on, take careful notes, and when Holly's mouth is moving, they are absorbing every word. Our Rookie of the Year is awarded to the agent who, despite being new, came to slay, plays for keeps, and has a tremendous future ahead of them with the Meyer Lucas Team.
