Assisting the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations on the day-to-day activities including but not limited to:
Support the Leadership Team and help keep the office running smoothly.
Process and deliver all the marketing materials
Provide support to agents who are out in the field and need assistance with open house materials, flyers and signage being distributed.
Errand running, light handiwork around the office
Event set up and break down
Local deliveries
Assisting the Leadership Team and Agents on day-to-day activities including but not limited to:
Answer the phones, speak with clients, direct phone calls to the correct agents/team members
Schedule appointments, follow-up with clients and attend events
Assist the Transaction Coordinator with preparing legal contracts and documents
Data entry, mailbox management, filing
Oversee and manage supplies and ordering
Maintain Google drive folders and organize notes, data and all video content.

The Meyer Lucas Companies Internship Program is designed for students who want hands-on experience inside a modern real estate company. Throughout the semester, interns work alongside our leadership team on projects spanning residential and commercial real estate, marketing, media, business development, operations, and client experience.
Because the work is driven by active company initiatives, every internship is different. One week you may be touring new developments, producing a podcast, or attending a broker open. The next, you may be researching market trends, supporting a company event, creating marketing materials, or collaborating on a new business initiative.
Whether you're interested in brokerage, commercial real estate, marketing, entrepreneurship, finance, media, or business operations, this internship provides exposure to the people, projects, and processes that keep a growing real estate company moving.
