Founder and team leader  Holly Meyer Lucas serves on the division’s Executive Committee and previously held the role of Chair of Social Media for the organization. Her involvement reflects both the team’s deep experience working with athlete clients and its commitment to building relationships within the national sports and entertainment real estate community.

Holly’s path into the sports and entertainment space began long before Compass created the division. She is married to Ed Lucas , a former Major League Baseball player who later transitioned into coaching. During Ed’s career, the family relocated frequently as part of the professional baseball lifestyle, an experience that gave Holly firsthand insight into the challenges athletes and their families face when moving between cities and seasons.

Those experiences became the foundation of what would later become one of the Meyer Lucas Team’s most distinctive specialties: helping athletes and their families navigate the real estate side of their careers with efficiency, discretion, and care.
