2. History
You have probably driven along Bridge Road in Hobe Sound and have seen the 800-acre Becker Tree Farm situated right next to the Hobe Sound Polo Club and adjacent to The Grove XXlll. The Becker brothers are actually the ones who are co-developing Atlantic Fields with Discovery Land Company, a luxury developer who has developed successful private communities throughout North America including Gozzer Ranch in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, The Yellowstone Club in Montana, and Baker’s Bay in the Bahamas.
The developers are committed to maintaining the tree farm, and preserving it by putting it into a permanent agricultural easement, which will prevent future developers from building on that land.

3. Benefits to the Community

4. Tom Fazio
You know this golf course will be legit because they have acclaimed golf course architect Tom Fazio on board. Fazio is a golf course wizard and has been designing them for over 50 years. He is a mastermind, and according to the Atlantic Field’s website, Fazio will ensure that the natural Florida setting be preserved by adding Florida vegetation. Fazio has already designed over 35 golf courses in Florida, so he is no stranger to creating a gorgeous Florida golf course.
