1. Go to the Beach

Jupiter has some of the best best beaches around with beautiful warm water, so take advantage of them! Jupiter’s beaches have awesome public amenities, like pavilions, beach volleyball courts, you can even bring your pup on the beach! Have fun and don’t forget to put on sunscreen and drink lots of water!

2. Learn About Sea Turtles

Get out of your shell and visit the Loggerhead Marine Life Center because It’s turtle season! Go for a beautiful guided sunset Turtle walk to learn about the nesting and egg-laying process of sea turtles. At this event, you will walk on the designated areas of Juno beach to search for sea turtles and be lead to an unforgettable experience of a sea turtle laying eggs. You will also get an informative presentation from the Loggerhead Marine Life Center staff. Reserve your spot by pre-registering online.

3. Climb the Lighthouse

Looking for a good #jupview? Climbing the Jupiter Lighthouse is a perfect summer 2022 activity to do with the family! The Jupiter Lighthouse Museum is hosting Sunset Tours of the Lighthouse every Wednesday. While normally, you have to climb the lighthouse during the day, these scheduled tours are in the evening so you can see the lighthouse with a spectacular sunset background. Looking for a fun date idea?They are also hosting Moonrise Tours every second Tuesday, these tours start at 8pm!

5. Explore the Famous DuBois Home

The DuBois Pioneer Home is one of the last historic homesteads of it’s type left in Palm Beach County! Built in 1898 by the DuBois family, a very notable Jupiter family. This home is rich with history and the best part is you can go for FREE! They do have options for guided tours which you can schedule here!

7. See Local Creatures

Want an interctive experience? Visit local creatures at Busch Wildlife or at The River Center! Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is the perfect place for the curious kiddies around Jupiter, Florida. Get ready to see bears, eagles, owls, snakes, raccoons, and much more! It’s a great place for the entire family! The River Center provides an educational experience featuring aquatic tanks, interactive exhibits and a touch tank that mirrors the Loxahatchee River system. Perfect for a rainy day!

8. Enjoy Water Sports

One of the best things about living in Jupiter, Florida is all of the AMAZING waterways we have for all of the water sport fun! This summer, head to the Intracoastal for a paddle lovers paradise or the ocean for a day filled with excitement. There are so many options to have a great time on the water, like kayaking in at Jupiter Outdoor Center, paddle-boarding with Jupiter Pointe Paddling, or jet-skiing with Beach Water Sports of Jupiter. While you’re out there, make sure to keep your eyes peeled for manatees, plus tons of other beautiful sea creatures of the area!
