Let’s Get Social PB Closes Out 2025 With a Powerhouse Panel

We wrapped up the 2025 Let’s Get Social PB series with one of our most inspiring events yet, and the energy inside The Mother Ship was everything we hoped for.

On November 6, local entrepreneurs, creatives, and business leaders came together for the final LGS workshop of the year. The vibe was cozy but electric, and the guest list brought together a powerful mix of community builders, brand leaders, and business owners who showed up ready to connect.

The evening started with cocktails from Roxtini Bar Co, an epic spread from Laura Ashley Catering, and a full house buzzing with conversation. Then, Holly Meyer Lucas took the stage to moderate a candid, unfiltered conversation with the one and only Krista Watterworth Alterman.

If you’ve followed the South Florida design scene, you already know Krista. She’s the award-winning creative force behind Krista + Home and a celebrated HGTV alum. At this event, she shared the real behind-the-scenes of her journey the wins, the pivots, and ultimately, how she built and sold one of Florida’s top interior design firms.

The talk, titled “How She Did It: Building Florida’s Most Prolific Design Firm and Selling It,” pulled back the curtain on what it actually looks like to scale a creative business to the top.

From navigating identity shifts to making big decisions under pressure, Krista brought the kind of honesty and depth that doesn’t always make it onto a podcast or panel. She shared lessons from her early days, the growth years, and the decision to exit. The audience hung on every word.

It was equal parts strategy, inspiration, and true community, with takeaways for every type of entrepreneur in the room.

This event capped off a year of intentional, conversation-driven workshops hosted at The Mother Ship in Jupiter. It reminded us why we started Let’s Get Social PB in the first place. 

These nights are about more than just networking. They’re about building something real, together.
