Football Season Is Back: Best Places to Watch the Game in Jupiter and Palm Beach County

The Dolphins kick off their season this September, college Saturdays are already underway, and Jupiter has real infrastructure built for game day — including official watch parties for several out-of-state fan bases that call this area home.

Football season is back, and if you live in Jupiter or Palm Beach County, that means Sundays (and plenty of Saturdays) are about to get a lot more interesting. Whether you're a Dolphins fan, a college football die-hard, or someone who just relocated here and is looking for a room full of people who root for the same team you grew up with, the north county has real infrastructure built around game day.

When Does Football Season Start in 2026?

The Dolphins open their regular season on Sunday, September 13, on the road against the Las Vegas Raiders. Their home opener follows two weeks later on September 27, when they host the Kansas City Chiefs at Hard Rock Stadium. College football is already underway by early September, with University of Florida, Florida State University, and University of Miami all drawing serious local followings across the county's sports bars, so between the Dolphins and college Saturdays, there's a game worth watching almost every weekend from here through January.

Best Places to Watch Football in Jupiter

Stadium Grill, in Downtown Abacoa across from Roger Dean Stadium, has more than two dozen TVs, a massive projection screen, and drink specials during games.

DAS Beer Garden, also in Abacoa, leans more into the craft beer crowd, with more than 25 screens and a rotating lineup of Florida-brewed beers.

Lucky Shuck, on Love Street, runs Sunday NFL specials that make it an easy weekly habit, drink and food deals paired with the raw bar menu it's already known for.

Topside at the Beacon, right next door on Love Street, adds a rooftop view to the mix, with a game-day combo deal that pairs a burger or wings with a bucket of beer.

A short drive south opens up a few more solid options. Crazy Horse Saloon in Palm Beach Gardens is the official Bills Backers location, with more than a dozen TVs including two massive 96-inch screens. Ela Curry & Cocktails, also in Palm Beach Gardens, turns its outdoor "Peacock Tiki" bar into a football-heavy setup on Saturdays and Sundays. Stormhouse Brewing in North Palm Beach pours a Gators-branded beer during Florida games for the local Gator Club crowd.

Where Locals and Newcomers Watch Their Hometown and College Teams

Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens are home to plenty of Gator, Seminole, and Hurricane fans who grew up right here in Florida, but the area has also become one of the top landing spots in the state for people moving down from New York, New Jersey, and Illinois, according to county real estate data. Whichever camp you're in, a lot of people end up looking for the same thing: a room full of people who root for the same team they grew up watching. Here's what's actually official in this area, based on club and league sources rather than guesswork.

Palm Beach County Gator Club runs official watch parties at three confirmed locations: Old Key Lime House in Lantana, Roxy's Pub in downtown West Palm Beach, and Stormhouse Brewing in North Palm Beach, the closest of the three to Jupiter.

Palm Beach County Seminole Club has an official Jupiter location: Jumby Bay Island Grill, in the same Abacoa Town Center complex as Stadium Grill, offering FSU fans a 20% discount and drink specials during every game. Their other official spot is E.R. Bradley's Saloon on Clematis Street in West Palm Beach.

Palm Beach County 'Canes, the official University of Miami alumni group for the area, has held watch parties at Duffy's Sports Grill locations in North Palm Beach and Boynton Beach in recent seasons — the North Palm Beach location is the closer option for Jupiter residents, and Duffy's Jupiter location on West Indiantown Road is also a reliable spot to catch the game even without an official club event running.

Ohio and Cleveland transplants already have a home base without leaving Jupiter, Stadium Grill is the official location for both the Palm Beach Browns Backers and the Palm Beach Buckeyes, making it a rare two-for-one for Ohio State and Browns fans alike.

Buffalo transplants have Crazy Horse Saloon in Palm Beach Gardens as their official Bills Backers headquarters, a short drive from Jupiter.

If your team isn't on this list, Giants, Jets, Eagles, and Steelers fans in particular, the good news is that most of the sports bars above carry out-of-market NFL games through Sunday Ticket, so while there may not be a dedicated fan club chapter here yet, there's still a screen with your team on it most weeks.

Making a Plan for the Season

The easiest approach is picking a home base for your team or your crew rather than bouncing around every week — most of these spots build real loyalty with regulars, and the official fan-club locations especially tend to fill up fast on game day. If you're new to the area, checking in at one of the official watch party spots is also a genuinely easy way to meet people who already have something in common with you.

Knowing where to watch the game on a Sunday is a small thing, but it's part of what actually makes a place feel like home — the same kind of local knowledge that matters when someone's deciding whether a neighborhood fits their life, not just their commute.
