One year ago, Kim Thomson joined the Meyer Lucas Real Estate Team, and it didn’t take long for her to leave a lasting mark. With over two decades of experience, a lifelong connection to the South Florida lifestyle, and a drive to elevate the client experience, Kim brings a unique blend of professionalism, perspective, and passion to everything she touches.

Originally from New York, Kim moved to Florida at a young age and has called it home ever since. She grew up along the Loxahatchee River in Jupiter, and that deep-rooted love for the area comes through in every conversation she has with buyers and sellers. Kim doesn’t just sell homes here. She lives, breathes, and believes in the lifestyle South Florida offers.

As a luxury specialist with the Meyer Lucas Team at Compass, Kim collaborates with some of the top-producing agents in the region. She approaches each transaction with intention and care, leveraging her years of experience in real estate and construction to guide clients through transitions with clarity and confidence. Her entrepreneurial background also sets her apart. Before launching her full-time real estate career, Kim successfully owned and operated multiple businesses. She founded the Sean Michael Thomson Endowment for Entrepreneurship in honor of her son, providing mentorship and guidance to young entrepreneurs pursuing big goals.
