Jennie Greever Celebrates Four Years with Meyer Lucas Real Estate

Four years ago, Jennie Greever officially joined the Meyer Lucas Real Estate Team. What followed has been nothing short of legendary.

Over the past four years, Jennie earned Lemonhead of the Year three consecutive times in 2021, 2022, and 2023. She became a three-time Slayers’ Circle honoree from 2021 through 2023. She took home the ML Trivia Trip Award in both 2023 and 2024. In 2024, she added Lemonshark of the Year to her growing list of accolades. She was also named a finalist for Best of Palm Beach County Real Estate Agent by The Palm Beach Post and served as Shark Squad Co-Captain during a championship season.

Born and raised in South Florida with Hawaiian roots, Jennie grew up in Miami and the Florida Keys before settling in Jupiter in 1995. She was immediately drawn to the coastal lifestyle, the tight-knit community, and the feeling that this was home. That deep local connection now gives her clients an insider’s perspective on Jupiter, Palm Beach County, and the broader South Florida luxury market.

Jennie’s path into real estate started in the medical field, but everything changed when she became one of Holly Meyer Lucas’s original clients. After completing four transactions with the Meyer Lucas Team, she experienced firsthand what it meant to feel completely supported in one of life’s biggest decisions. Walking into her own dream home sparked something bigger. She wanted to help others experience that same moment.

In 2021, she officially joined the Meyer Lucas Team at Compass, one of the top-producing real estate teams in Jupiter and Palm Beach County. Her service-oriented background, natural warmth, and tireless work ethic made her a standout from day one. By 2023, she was promoted to Senior Agent, a reflection of her consistent results, strong client relationships, and strategic expertise.

Jennie also earned her Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Real Estate Negotiation Expert designations, further sharpening her ability to guide buyers and advocate confidently in competitive markets. Whether she was representing first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or luxury sellers seeking top-dollar outcomes, she approached every transaction with diligence, clarity, and care.

Her contributions played a key role in the Meyer Lucas Team being named Palm Beach County’s Best Real Estate Team in both 2024 and 2025. She was not just a top producer. She was a cornerstone.
