In May of 2023, Holly purchased a 5,000 square foot warehouse on Cypress Drive in Jupiter / Tequesta and ever since we have been busy transforming it into the new headquarters for our real estate team!

Since purchasing this 5,000 sq ft warehouse on Cypress Drive in Jupiter, Holly Meyer Lucas and the team have been working tirelessly to get our new headquarters up and running!
After purchasing the building, our first step was to tear down all the walls and ceilings to get a clear view of the entire space. With this clean slate, Holly could fully realize her vision for the area!
After a long demolition process, the team faced a standstill with the town of Jupiter, with pushback on their inspection process, over a bathroom code that was interpreted differently between the teams. However, Holly Meyer Lucas expressed her gratitude to the municipality code for keeping companies accountable and maintaining the same integrity between a 10-story high-rise and a one-story warehouse. Starting in April of this year, we’ve finally seen dry wall up, room, and bathrooms start to form.
In November of 2023, Holly brought the team into the building for the first time for the annual holiday photoshoot. During their time here, Holly explained the layout to the team, as well as the rooms and assets in the office space that they will be able to use, such as a soundproof room for phone calls, trainings, and a recording studio. The team is anticipating the next holiday shoot in November 2024 in the fully finished building!
After several days of moving boxes and packing up, we concluded December 2023 by relocating from our office of the past five years.
While there was some nostalgia in closing this chapter, the team was so excited for the new opportunities ahead!

In April of 2023, Holly shared the finalization of the design process of the building, choosing color schemes, design finishes, light fixtures, and trim! We loved seeing Holly’s vision come to life in this process.
In May of 2024, we welcomed our summer associates to the team, and have been putting them to work in assisting in getting this building up and running for our projected move in date this June!
