Welcome to the exciting revitalization of Lake Park and Riviera Beach!

This week, the Meyer Lucas Team’s summer associates explored the model and rendition of Nautilus 220, a brand-new luxury waterfront residence. This development aims to elevate luxury living and convenience, transforming the neighborhoods of Lake Park and Riviera Beach in South Florida.

Nautilus 220 offers 330 luxurious two- to three-bedroom residences in two stunning 24-story towers. These units range from 1,500 to 3,400 square feet, with various floor plans, unobstructed water views, and penthouses boasting 2,000-square-foot private rooftop terraces, plunge pools, and summer kitchens.

What sets Nautilus 220 apart is its exceptional array of amenities, redefining luxury living. Residents will enjoy private beach club access, a resort-style pool, wellness plaza, bowling alley, billiard tables, theater, golf sports simulator, multipurpose soundproof studio, and much more. This brand-new development is priced from $1.6M to $4M+, with 85% already sold and completion expected in early 2025.

In addition to the residential amenities, the developers are enhancing the community with two ground-floor restaurants. One will be a David Burke restaurant, and the other, 19th Hole, will offer an elevated sports bar experience for casual dining.

The goal of this development is to extend further into the southern and western areas of Lake Park, as well as Riviera Beach, to transform the community and elevate its reputation. One of the initial steps in this process was entering into an agreement with the town of Lake Park to build a fully automated boat storage facility and a boutique hotel. The development will also include a three-story building featuring a third restaurant by the same developers as the popular Palm Beach establishment, Elisabetta’s, along with a rooftop event space.

In other noteworthy news for Lake Park, a major development project was recently featured in the Palm Beach Post! The article highlights the proposed 16-story apartment towers on 10th and Park Avenue, which will offer rental complexes, retail shops, and additional restaurants.

All these developments aim to revitalize the Lake Park community and surrounding areas, with completion expected within the next five years.
