Joe Vesce Celebrates Four Years with Meyer Lucas Real Estate Team

This March, we celebrated four years of Joe Vesce on the Meyer Lucas Real Estate Team, and if there is one word that defines Joe, it is steady.

Joe brought a calm-under-pressure mindset to real estate long before he ever stepped into a showing. For more than a decade, he served as a Captain with the City of Boca Raton Fire Department, leading teams in high-stakes situations where clarity, leadership, and composure were non-negotiable. That same discipline now shows up in every transaction he handles across Jupiter, Palm Beach County, and the Treasure Coast.

Promoted to Senior Agent in 2023, Joe earned that title the same way he earns everything else. Through trust. Through consistency. Through results. Over the years, he became a two-time Slayers’ Circle Winner, received the 2022 Oprah Award, and was named Team Captain in 2024. Each recognition reflected the same qualities his clients and teammates see daily: reliability, loyalty, and a quiet confidence that moves deals forward.

Born in Huntington, New York, Joe relocated to Florida’s Treasure Coast at a young age and developed a deep appreciation for community and service. He pursued Fire Science and Emergency Medical Services at Indian River State College, launching a career dedicated to protecting and supporting others. His commitment to helping people did not stop at the firehouse door.

Long before officially becoming a Realtor, Joe immersed himself in residential renovations, construction, investment properties, and the remediation and restoration industry. He began acquiring investment properties more than a decade ago, which sparked a natural transition into real estate. He understood the mechanics of a property from the inside out, and that hands-on experience became a major advantage for his buyers and sellers.

In 2022, after attending a Meyer Lucas open house, Joe felt the pull toward something bigger. He was drawn to the team’s strong culture, clear principles, and reputation for delivering high-level service. When he joined the Meyer Lucas Team at Compass, he brought with him a can-do work ethic, deep local expertise, and a people-first approach that aligned perfectly with our brand.

As a Senior Agent on a nationally recognized top-producing team, Joe guided clients through competitive markets with clarity and calm. He handled negotiations with precision and advocated fiercely while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
