One year down, and Kennedy Logan is already making serious waves.

Since joining the Meyer Lucas Team at Compass in 2024, Kennedy has done what few agents do in their first year: leaned in, leveled up, and crushed every opportunity that came her way. In just twelve months, she earned her ABR® designation, soaked up every training and team mastermind, and brought next-level energy to everything she touched.

Born and raised right here in Jupiter, Kennedy’s connection to the local market runs deep. After spending time in North Florida to further her education, she made the move back home with a clear mission to build a career she’s proud of in the place she knows best. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing, with a minor in Economics, through the University of Florida’s online program, graduating in December 2025. That commitment to growth is just part of who she is.

Her real estate journey started at 19, juggling school with a hands-on mentorship under an experienced agent. From the beginning, she was drawn to the process of helping people navigate such a major moment in their lives. And once she stepped into that role herself, it clicked. She had found her path.

Since then, Kennedy has helped families buy and sell a wide range of properties across South Florida. She thrives on the variety and the challenge, but most of all, she loves the relationships. Every transaction is a chance to create a lasting connection, and that human-first mindset is what makes her such a natural fit for this team.
