Power wash the driveway, walkways, and siding to make your home sparkle.
Mow the lawn and maintain the landscaping.

Hide trash cans.
Remove all magnets and personal items from refrigerators.
Put away pet water/food bowls and toys.
Store family photos, offensive art, or sports memorabilia.

Dusting and vacuuming is an essential action due to today's technology. The camera sees everything.
Make sure kitchen utensils such as sponges, soaps, etc. are put away, as well as blenders, toasters, and coffee makers.
Clear any items off of bathroom counters.
Place all toilet seats down.
Put away shower items such as soap/shampoo bottles, razors, etc.
