Nine years is no small milestone, but for Harm Meyer, it feels like the natural result of doing what he does best. Guiding clients with expertise, care, and a steady hand through every chapter of their real estate journey.

Since 2016, Harm has been a fixture on the Meyer Lucas Real Estate Team. Around here, he’s known as the office dad. Always calm, always collected, always ready with a well-timed dad joke. But beneath the humor and humble approach is a powerhouse agent whose global background and deep local knowledge make him a true standout in South Florida real estate.

Before real estate, Harm built a full career that took him across six countries, through 50-plus travel destinations, and into leadership roles where excellence was always the standard. When he transitioned into real estate, he brought all of that experience with him: marketing, negotiation, world-class service, and an ability to read people and situations with intuition and clarity.

Harm holds certifications as an International Property Specialist and Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and he’s an active member of the National Association of Realtors. He’s also been recognized as a top salesman of the year, which checks out if you’ve ever watched him in action. His approach is sharp, strategic, and people-first every step of the way.

A longtime Jupiter resident, Harm focuses on this region and the greater Palm Beach County area, using his international lens to help buyers and sellers from around the world feel right at home in South Florida. He’s a lifestyle expert, a mentor to many on our team, and the kind of agent who sees the bigger picture, not just the property, but the life someone wants to build inside it.

Beyond the office, Harm’s resume doesn’t slow down. He holds a B.A. from UCLA and a Master’s from Western Washington University. He’s a licensed private pilot, an outdoor enthusiast, and a devoted advocate for the South Florida lifestyle, from the beachfront to the backroads. Whether he’s biking, fishing, hiking, or grabbing his camera to chase a Jupiter sunrise, Harm lives the lifestyle he sells.
