How the Meyer Lucas Team Was Built: A Jupiter Real Estate Team, Year by Year

Holly Meyer Lucas founded the Meyer Lucas Real Estate Team in Jupiter, Florida, in 2015. Meet everyone on today’s team in the order they joined, including two former summer interns who came back and three agents newly promoted to Vice President.

In 2015, Holly Meyer Lucas started a real estate team in Jupiter with her license and about $500 to her name. Eleven years later, the Lemonhead crew has closed more than $1 billion in sales and helped more than 1,000 clients buy and sell homes from Jupiter to the Treasure Coast. Along the way, The Palm Beach Post named us 2025’s Best Real Estate Team in Palm Beach County. 🍋

To celebrate, we made a reel that puts the team together one person at a time, in the order everyone joined, until the whole crew lands in one final group photo. We may have watched it more times than we’d like to admit. Read on to meet every face in it and find out how each of them found their way to Meyer Lucas.

2015: Holly, a license, and about $500

Before she was building a team, Holly Meyer Lucas was bartending her way through college. Her early real estate clients in Jupiter included professional athletes and public figures. That’s how Meyer Lucas became a founding member of Compass’s Sports & Entertainment Division, which works with athletes and their families who call Jupiter home. Holly put the team name front and center from day one, and she was telling our story on social media while most businesses still treated it as an afterthought.

Laura Meyer was right there with her in year one. Today Laura leads our design and renovation work as Director of Design + Renovation.

2016 and 2017: Harm and Caroline join the crew

Harm Meyer came on board in 2016 and is now one of our Senior Real Estate Agents. Caroline Harper followed in 2017 and has been racking up hardware ever since. The team has named her Agent of the Year five times, and The Palm Beach Post nominated her for Best Agent in Palm Beach County in 2023.

Caroline works with buyers, sellers, and second homeowners throughout Palm Beach and Martin counties. Her clients know her for concierge-level service. She has sold more than $100 million in real estate, with an average price above $1 million per sale, and she has earned more than one Slayers’ Circle trip along the way.

2020 and 2021: Four new teammates jump into a wild market

Ashley Koehler joined us in 2020. A year later, buyers were lining up for a short supply of homes across South Florida, and four new teammates jumped into the deep end with us.

Hallie Rosenthal came on as Chief of Staff and keeps the whole operation moving. Her partnership with Holly became the blueprint for The Chief Code, the platform Holly launched to help other CEOs find a Chief of Staff of their own.

Jennie Greever, Kristen Gonzalez, and Joe Vesce joined the sales team that same year. Jennie is our reigning Lemonhead of the Year. She has closed more than 100 transactions with families, first-time buyers, investors, and luxury clients, and her clients adore her for the personal attention she gives every one of them. The Palm Beach Post and our team nominated her for Best Agent in 2024. Kristen and Joe are both Senior Real Estate Agents today.

2022 and 2023: Savannah, Nico, Alex, and Roxanne

Savannah Thornton joined in 2022. In 2023, Nico Laguna-Murray, Alex Ordoñez, and Roxanne Chirico joined her. All four are now Senior Real Estate Agents, and like every Lemonhead, they learned the business through the Meyer Lucas Method, our in-house playbook for marketing and selling homes.

2024: A full house

Paige Watson, Makayla Lynch, and Kennedy Logan joined in 2024 as Real Estate Agents, and Toniann DeSantis joined as a Senior Real Estate Agent.

Kimberly Thomson also joined that year, with more than 20 years in real estate and deep Jupiter roots. Kim has sold dozens of waterfront properties and many estates in club communities. Her deals range from $20,000 investment properties to sales above $20 million, and her career sales total more than $250 million.

That summer, two interns spent the season learning the ropes with us: Sara Cardenas and Olivia Prevost. We must have made a good impression, because both of them came back.

2025 and 2026: Familiar faces return, and three Lemonheads become VPs

Marissa Nerenburg and Michael Tozzo joined in 2025. This year, Olivia returned as a Real Estate Agent and Sara returned as our Director of Marketing. Julia Watson also joined us in 2026 as a Real Estate Agent.

This fall, Holly promoted Caroline, Kim, and Jennie to Vice President of Luxury Sales. The three have more than 10 years with the team combined and have sold hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate between them. As Holly put it, “All three of them have earned this promotion ten times over.”

Life as a Lemonhead

Every agent in the reel works out of our Jupiter office, and every client gets the whole crew behind them, from our in-house design and renovation team to our marketing and operations staff. Each year, the agents who go above and beyond for clients, partners, and each other earn a spot on Slayers’ Circle, our annual reward trip. The awards there include Agent of the Year and one we simply call The Oprah Award. There’s nothing we love more than an excuse to get the Lemonhead crew together.
